Ingredients:

  • 540 ml black beans
  • 1/3 cup cooked rice
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Directions:

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil
  2. Add shrimp and salsa
  3. Cook 3 minutes
  4. Add beans and rice
  5. Heat through
