Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp oil or 2 tbsp shortening
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in order.
  2. Use cooking spray to lightly grease pan.
  3. Heat griddle on medium high heat and turn down bbefore you start to cook pancakes. (Wish someone would have taught me that earlier!)
  4. Cook until golden brown.
  5. Top with butter and maple syrup. Enjoy.
  6. Any left over batter can be refridgerated for future use.
