These pancakes are the best ever! It is so simple you can whip them up at 3a.m. Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
1 egg |
1 cup flour |
2 tablespoons oil or 2 tablespoons shortening |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in order. 2. Use cooking spray to lightly grease pan. 3. Heat griddle on medium high heat and turn down bbefore you start to cook pancakes. (Wish someone would have taught me that earlier!) 4. Cook until golden brown. 5. Top with butter and maple syrup. Enjoy. 6. Any left over batter can be refridgerated for future use. |
