Ingredients:

  • for orange topper
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1-3/4 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1(4oz) frozen whipped topping,thawed
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions:

  1. In saucepan,mix sugar,and cornstarch.
  2. Stir in orange juice and 1/4 cup maple syrup.
  3. Cook and stir constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles.
  4. Stir in orange sections,cool only until warm.
  5. In bowl beat whipped toppin,yogurt and 1/4 cup maple syrup until fluffy.
  6. Chill until serving time.
  7. Serve the belgian waffles with chilled whipped topping and warm orange sauce.
