Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Dip fresh shrimp, mushrooms or veggies.
  3. Put on flat pan and chill for one hour.
  4. Deep fry.
