Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Get you crockpot out and pour in the beef broth, vegetable juice, wine, mushrooms, carrots and tomatoes and start it heating up.
  2. On the stovetop, heat the olive oil in a medium saute pan and saute the onion, green pepper, garlic and celery. Saute until the veggies are slightly softened.
  3. Add saluted vegetables, London Broil, and barley to the broth in the crock pot. Let it simmer merrily along for 4 - 5 hours while London Bridge is falling down.
