Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup whipping cream , whipped (original called for 1/2 cup whipped cream )
  • 1/2 cup english toffee bits or 1/2 cup almond brickle chips

Directions:

  1. Gently fold sliced banana and toffee bits into whipped cream until well blended.
  2. Spoon into parfait glasses or dessert dishes.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until serving. ( I recommend at least 2 hours ).
