Due to my SO's job,he goes out of town quite often and sometimes I just don't like to eat alot of leftovers. So, I decided to start looking for recipes for just 1 or 2 servings. Time for chilling is cooking time. It was sent in to them by Betty Fergurson of Edmonton, Alberta Canada. Ingredients:
3/4 cup whipping cream, whipped (original called for 1/2 cup whipped cream ) |
1/2 cup english toffee bits or 1/2 cup almond brickle chips |
1 large banana, sliced |
Directions:
1. Gently fold sliced banana and toffee bits into whipped cream until well blended. 2. Spoon into parfait glasses or dessert dishes. 3. Cover and refrigerate until serving. ( I recommend at least 2 hours ). |
