Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup dried mango
  • 1 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 475.
  2. Mix flour, salt, baking soda and spices.
  3. Separately mix butter, sugar, egg, banana and vanilla.
  4. Add flour mix and oats to butter mix.
  5. Press into 9X13 pan and bake 25 minutes, until brown.
