Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp soy flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, line six muffin tins, bake at 325 for 12 minutes.
