Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons soy flour
1 cup oats
1 1/2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 egg
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients, line six muffin tins, bake at 325 for 12 minutes.
