Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/8 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/8 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 325 degrees.
  2. Grease loaf pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients in food processor only until smooth.
  4. Bake 50 minutes.
