Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare ground beef with taco seasoning as directed. Set aside.
  2. Spread refried beans on bottom of 9x9 baking pan.
  3. In bowl, mix cream cheese with 1/4 c salsa. Spread on refried beans.
  4. Spread taco meat on top of cream cheese mix.
  5. Pour remaining salsa on top of taco meat.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of salsa.
  7. Sprinkle green onions and green pepper on top of cheese.
  8. Cover and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 10 minutes.
  9. Serve warm with dippers (nacho chips, bagel chips, etc.)
