This dip has it all-creamy, spicy, gooey, dippable! My husband and I call this Survivor Dip because we always have it when we watch the Survivor finale! Yum Yum! Ingredients:
1 can mild or medium refried beans |
1 8oz pkg cream cheese |
1 jar salsa, divided |
1 lb ground beef |
1 packet taco seasoning |
3 c shredded cheddar cheese (medium or tex-mex) |
3 green onions |
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Prepare ground beef with taco seasoning as directed. Set aside. 2. Spread refried beans on bottom of 9x9 baking pan. 3. In bowl, mix cream cheese with 1/4 c salsa. Spread on refried beans. 4. Spread taco meat on top of cream cheese mix. 5. Pour remaining salsa on top of taco meat. 6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of salsa. 7. Sprinkle green onions and green pepper on top of cheese. 8.
