Baked Pork Chops and Rice

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350d.
  2. Stir together soup, water, rice and spices in a 3 quart casserole or large baking dish.
  3. Add onion.
  4. Place pork chops on top of rice.
  5. Cover and bake at 350d for 1 1/4 hours or until meat is done and liquid is absorbed.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes.
