  1. Directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. In a small bowl mix the milk, agave syrup, egg substitute, coconut oil and cinnamon together.
  4. In a larger bowl combine the oats, (chopped)dried fruit, (chopped)walnuts and the baking powder.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the oats and mix well.
  6. Spoon the mixture into a 8 x 8 inch pan coated with cooking spray and bake for 30-40 minutes, until top is firm and a toothpick comes out clean in the center.
