  2. Brush the mustard onto both sides of chicken and roll each piece in the bread crumbs, coating thoroughly and gently shaking off the excess.
  3. Place in baking dish or cast-iron skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 40 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle.
