This is an easy to make chicken dish. We all just love it. It is easy to prepare and doesn't take a long time to bake.I am a lazy cook and hate doing dishes so I usually put Reynold's Release foil in my baking pans for an easy and quick clean up. Ingredients:
4 smaller boneless, skinless chicken breast or 3 larger ones |
1/4 c.. dijon mustard |
1/2 to 1 c.. finely crushed bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400° 2. Brush the mustard onto both sides of chicken and roll each piece in the bread crumbs, coating thoroughly and gently shaking off the excess. 3. Place in baking dish or cast-iron skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 40 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle. |
