Ingredients:

  • 2 banannnas
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cup homo milk
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 cup ices

Directions:

  1. Blend everything !!!
  2. Pour into glasses and serve !!
  3. This is great if your gonna have a none stop go day !
  4. Not great to keep after a few hrs like no more then 2 !
