Bacon Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut thin slice off the top of the tomatoes and scoop out pulp and seeds. invert and drain on paper towels.
  2. Fry bacon until crisp let cool and crumble.
  3. In a small bowl combine bacon, mayonnaise, chives, cheese, parsley and tabasco.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Spoon mixture into tomato shells
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour to let flavors meld
  7. Plate and serve
