Directions:

  1. Combine orange juice, white wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a seperate bowl, lightly toss segmented oranges, red leaf lettuce, and avocado.
  3. Pour vinegar dressing over all.
  4. Enjoy.
