Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp chili sauce

Directions:

  1. Gently whisk together sauce ingredients until emulsified.
  2. Toss with cucumbers, chill and serve.
