This salad makes any Asian meal better. We serve it with phad thai noodles or stir fry dishes. Ingredients:
1 cucumber, sliced |
1 tbl rice vinegar |
1 tbl soy sauce |
1 tbl oil |
1/2 tsp sesame oil |
1 clove garlic, crushed |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp sugar |
1/4 tsp chili sauce |
Directions:
1. Gently whisk together sauce ingredients until emulsified. 2. Toss with cucumbers, chill and serve. |
