Apple Walnut Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup walnut oil

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine mustard, shallots, apple juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk in olive oil and walnut oil.
  3. After use, store remaining dressing in a covered jar for up to 5 days.
