Ingredients:

Directions:

  2. Whisk in the oil gradually until the mixture thickens slighlty, season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  3. Toss the greens, apples, cranberries, and half the walnuts together in a large bowl, toss with enough dressing to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining walnuts, and serve.
