Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine eggs, sugar, sour cream, milk, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Stir in raisins, apple and rice; spoon mixture into greased baking dish.
  4. Combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter, sprinkle over rice mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered 45 minutes.
  6. Serves 8.
