Apple Crisp with Truvia(R) Natural Sweetener

Ingredients:

  • filling
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp truvia natural sweetener spoonable, plus
  • 2 1/4 tsp truvia natural sweetener spoonable
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 tbsp truvia natural sweetener spoonable, plus
  • 2 1/4 tsp truvia natural sweetener spoonable
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Assemble all ingredients; Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place apples in a large bowl; sprinkle with water, Truvia® natural sweetener, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; toss to coat the fruit.
  3. Spray 9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray; place apple mixture in dish.
  4. In a separate small bowl, combine oats, Truvia® natural sweetener, second flour and cinnamon, melted butter, brown sugar and salt; stir to form crumbly mixture.
  5. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of apples.
  6. Bake 35-40 minutes until apples are tender.
