Ingredients:

  • 4 -6 large apples
  • 1 cup sugar (1/2 cup for sweeter apples)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Slice and core apples in baking dish; sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over apples.
  2. Cream butter: stir in flour and brown sugar.
  3. Spread smoothly over apples.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
  5. Serve warm.
  6. (GREAT WITH ICE CREAM or plain).
