Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
  2. Grease 9x13 pan.
  3. Combine apples, 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in bowl.
  4. Toss.
  5. Arrange in a layer in prepared pan.
  6. Combine eggs, flour, baking powder and remaining sugar in bowl.
  7. Stir in oil.
  8. Pour batter over apples.
  9. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until done.
  10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
  11. Cut into squares and best if served warm.
