Deep Dish Apple Pie With Its Own Crust

Ingredients:

  • apple , slices
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Fill a 9 pie pan 3/4 full of peeled apple slices.
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples.
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over apples.
  4. Keep topping 2 from edge of pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
