Any Fruit Juice Bread (Liliko'i, Lemon, Pomegranate, Orange Etc)

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup fruit juice
  • 1/3 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  2. Mix flour and baking powder together.
  3. Add dry ingredients and liquid ingredients to the sugar mixture until well blended.
  4. Pour batter into two silicone (greased) loaf pans and bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes.
  5. You can use oat flour for this recipe, too, but it’s a bit more crumbly.
