Ingredients:

  • 1/3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/3 tbsp mirin
  • 8 oz dried anchovies , small, shirakiku brand (taberu niboshi)

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan add soy sauce, sugar and mirin and stirring at all time. Reduce this mixture by half and add in the small anchovy.
