Ingredients:

  • 3 or 4 slices of tomato ( roma will work)
  • small amount of garlic
  • small amount of oregano (basil or thyme) will work also
  • 2 slices of your favorite cheese ( i like swiss or mozzarela)
  • small amount of olive oil or butter (pam will work)
  • 1 small skillet or baking sheet

Directions:

  1. You can bake this if you like and this is only a start you can change this anyway you like
  2. I take the The skillet and heat it up
  3. I spread the bread with olive oil mixed with the garlic and put in the skillet
  4. I brown both sides and while it is still in the skillet I put on the cheese. I then remove the toast and put on the tomatoes and spinkle lighlty with the herbs and serve quickly.
  5. You can serve with a marinara sauce or with a bbq meal. grill the bread if you like.
