Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Freeze banana and blueberries ahead of time overnight or until frozen solid.
  2. Blend frozen banana with 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond coconut milk in blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, 1-2 teaspoons of instant coffee (depending on your taste) and mix together in blender.
  4. Next, add frozen blueberries, applesauce, pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon), flax seed powder, Psyllium Husk power, and stevia into blender and blend until smooth. (Add optional ingredients at this time, if desired).
  5. Pour into your favorite glasses and serve immediately.
