Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together all the spices (except garam masala) and toss through the chicken.
  2. Melt butter in skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic and cook until soft.
  4. Add chicken.
  5. Stir until golden.
  6. Add tomato paste and garam masala.
  7. Stir in cream.
  8. Season and simmer for 5 - 8 minutes until rich and creamy.
