Ingredients:

  • 1 egg (or 2)
  • 1/2 oz. onion (chopped )

Directions:

  1. Beat egg and milk. Place all ingredients in medium size M/W bowl. Cook in microwave 3 minutes.
  2. Garnish with, fresh tomatoes, tomato catsup, French dressing, Newman?s Own, Light Sun Dried Tomato dressing.
