Zesty Chicken Salad with a Touch of Orange

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring water to a boil. Add lemon pepper and salt to taste. Add chicken. Bring water back to boil. Turn down to simmer. Cook chicken 13 - 15 minutes.
  2. Put cranberries and celery in medium bowl.
  3. In a small bowl add mayonnaise, orange juice, mustard, dill, tarragon, salt and pepper.
  4. Dice chicken add to celery & cranberry mixture.
  5. Pour on sauce and mix.
  6. Divide greens between plates and top with chicken salad.
