Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice the carrots,
  2. Fry or grill the bacon till crisp.
  3. Place carrots in an ovenproof dish and crumble over the bacon.
  4. Add rosemary, garlic, orange juiceand marmalade and stir to combine.
  5. Dot with the butter and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover with foil or with a lid.
  7. Bake at 200 degrees for 50minutes.
