Yummy Buttermilk-banana Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (leave a little lumpy)
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs until foamy.
  3. Add wet ingredients.
  4. Mix until creamy.
  5. Add dry ingredients.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Pour into greased muffin tins and sprinkle a pinch of sugar on top of each muffin.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  9. They are done when they are brown around the edges and bounce back when you touch them.
  10. Enjoy!
