Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook up the scrambled eggbeater and set aside.
  2. Saute the carrots & onions until tender in a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray(about 5 minutes)
  3. Add 1 tsp of olive oil to the pan & let it heat up a bit.
  4. Add the rice, peas and egg.
  5. Add the diced/shredded chicken.
  6. Add soy sauce to taste.
  7. If you want it spicier, add a little thai chili sauce or red pepper.
