Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and core the apples, leaving the skins on.
  2. Chop into pieces that are slightly smaller than bite-sized and place in a large bowl.
  3. Clean celery and cut off bottoms. chop and add them to the chopped apples.
  4. Add nuts and grapes to the apples and celery.
  5. Mix (SOFT) cream cheese with mayonnaise.
  6. ( to desired consistency).
  7. Add cheese mixture to the apple mixture and fold together until the apple mixture is well coated.
  8. Can be eaten immediately, but is better if refrigerated for a few hours.
  9. Serve on a lettuce leaf or over a bed of chopped lettuce. (Bibb lettuce
  10. Looks really nice!)
