Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix ground cranberries and sugar. Let chill overnight.
  2. Next day, strain cranberries very well. Should be very little moisture left.
  3. Mix grapes, celery, nuts and cranberries.
  4. Whip whipping cream until forms stiff peaks.
  5. Fold cream into fruit mixture.
  6. Garnish with fresh cranberries and mint.
