Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup. wheat bran
  • 2 tsp. wheat germ
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup. whole milk
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla (opt.)

Directions:

  1. Separate egg. Combine dry ingredients. Combine milk, egg yolk, honey, and vanilla. Beat egg white until stiff peaks form. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until large lumps disappear. Don't overmix. Fold in egg white until combined. Bake as directed.
