Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse the wheat in hot water 3 times.
  2. Put into a stainless steel thermos and fill 3/4 full with boiling water.
  3. Let sit over night and drain in the morning.
  4. Cream together the cream cheese, sugar and pudding.
  5. Fold in Cool Whip.
  6. Fold in wheat and pineapple.
  7. Chill.
  8. This really is fantastic!!!
