Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Chop bell pepper in small pieces. Place meat in mixing bowl. Add onion soup mix, bell pepper, diced tomatoes with green chilies, water, cracker crumbs, egg, garlic, Tabasco, salt and pepper, garlic powder. Mix well. Place in a 9 inch loaf pan.
  2. Bake one hour.
