Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Thinly slice all the vegetables and toss with salt and whatever spices you like. I used Mrs Dash table blend (about 1 tsp).
  2. Spread on baking sheets lightly sprayed with vegetable oil.
  3. Lightly spray the veggies.
  4. Bake at 350 until done.
