Roasted Root Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium turnip
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
  2. Peel all vegetables .
  3. Slice sweet potatoes into wedges.
  4. Slice parsnips and carrots into quarters if large enough if not than halves.
  5. When slicing turnip pay attention to the size and shapes of your other vegetables and slice it accordingly.
  6. Place all vegetables into a large bowl.
  7. Coat with olive oil and sea salt.
  8. Place in a large baking pan lined with aluminum foil.
  9. Place in oven and bake for 35 minutes. This time may change depending if you are using fresh vegetables or frozen and the thickness of your vegetables.
  10. Keep an eye on them. When they are done you can insert your fork in them easily.
  11. Enjoy.
