Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put the first nine ingredients on to boil until the vegetables are just tender.
  2. Do not overcook.
  3. Melt margarine in a saucepan.
  4. Add flour.
  5. Gradually whisk in milk, allowing to thicken.
  6. Add mustard, worcestershire and cheese.
  7. Pour the saucepan mixture into the vegetable mixture and serve.
