Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Mix the ingredients and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit in lightly oiled muffin tins.
