Vegan Apple-Raisin Spice Muffins |

This is one of my favorite recipes because it's pretty healthy but still tastes good. I like to top them with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon though. Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon allspice |
1 cup water |
1/3 cup maple syrup |
2 apples, cored and chopped |
1/2 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Mix the ingredients and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit in lightly oiled muffin tins. |
