Vegan Apple-Raisin Spice Muffins

This is one of my favorite recipes because it's pretty healthy but still tastes good. I like to top them with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon though.
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 cup water
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 apples, cored and chopped
1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Mix the ingredients and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit in lightly oiled muffin tins.
